YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), residents of California, or individuals whose Personal Data was collected in California, are granted certain rights regarding their Personal Data. The following outlines those rights and the procedures for exercising them.

Right of Access and Data Portability
You have the right to request that Fable disclose specific information regarding our collection and use of your Personal Data over the preceding twelve (12) months. Upon receipt and verification of your valid request, Fable is obligated to disclose, to the extent permitted by law: (i) the categories of Personal Data we have collected about you; (ii) the sources from which that Personal Data was collected; (iii) the purposes for which we collected or, if applicable, sold that Personal Data; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we shared that Personal Data; and (v) the specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you.

If we have sold your Personal Data or disclosed it for business purposes, we must also provide separate lists that: (x) specify the categories of Personal Data sold to each category of recipient in connection with sales; and (y) specify the categories of Personal Data provided to each category of recipient for business purposes.

Right to Request Deletion of Personal Data
You have the right to request that Fable delete any of your Personal Data that we have collected or retained. Except where limited by applicable legal or regulatory exceptions, upon receipt and verification of your valid deletion request, we will delete your Personal Data from our records and instruct our service providers to do the same. Fable will notify you promptly if we determine that we are legally authorized or otherwise permitted to deny your deletion request.

Do Not Sell or Share Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing," as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), of your Personal Data by Fable. Although Fable does not sell your Personal Data, we may share it with third parties, such as through the use of advertising cookies that enable our third-party partners to deliver targeted and personalized advertisements. You can opt-out of such sharing at any time by sending an email to accounting@fable-studio.com.

Exercise of Rights
To exercise your rights to access, data portability, deletion, or to opt out of the sale of your Personal Data, please submit a written request by emailing us at accounting@fable-studio.com. Your request should clearly specify the nature of the request and include any information necessary for us to verify your identity or authority to act on your behalf. You may submit a verifiable request for access to or data portability of your Personal Data no more than twice within a rolling 12-month period. Additionally, you have the right to submit a verifiable request to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Data at any time. Any such request must: (i) include sufficient information for us to reasonably verify your identity or authority to act on your behalf; and (ii) describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond appropriately. We will not respond to or fulfill your request if we are unable to verify your identity or authority, or if we cannot confirm that the Personal Data relates to you.

Submitting a verifiable consumer request is not contingent upon creating an account with Fable. We will only use the information provided in your request for verification purposes. Only you or an authorized person registered with the California Secretary of State, with your authorization, may submit a verifiable request concerning your Personal Data. You may also submit a verifiable request on behalf of your minor child.

Response Timing and Method

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing, explaining the reason for the extension and the expected timeline. All responses and communications will be provided in writing via email. Any information we disclose will pertain only to the 12 months preceding the receipt of your request. If we are unable to fulfill a request, we will explain the reasons for the denial. For data portability requests, we will provide your Personal Data in a format that is readily usable and transferable.

Fable does not charge a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable consumer requests unless such requests are excessive, repetitive, unfounded, or manifestly burdensome, or unless otherwise permitted by the CCPA. If we determine that a fee is appropriate, we will notify you in advance, providing an estimate of the costs involved, prior to completing the request.
